PROPOSAL FOR A PUBLIC PATH DIVERSION ORDER UNDER
SECTION 257 AND PARAGRAPH 1 OF SCHEDULE 14 OF THE TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990
MAIDSTONE BOROUGH COUNCIL (FOOTPATH No. KM94)
LOCATION:- BICKNOR FARM SUTTON ROAD OTHAM KENT ME17 3NG
Maidstone Borough Council has received an application for the diversion of Public Footpath KM94. The proposed diversion of the footpath is necessary to enable development in accordance with planning permission to be carried out, namely:
19/503912/FULL | Development of the site with 302 dwellings, parking, access, amenity space, landscaping and associated works.
20/503350/SUB | Submission of details pursuant to conditions 14 (details of proposed slab levels and existing site levels), 15 (surface water drainage scheme), 16 (contamination scheme), 17 partial discharge (archaeological field evaluation/safeguarding measures), 18 (updated Landscape and Ecological Management Plan for Phase 1), 19 (badger mitigation and monitoring strategy), 20 (amended plan showing alternative location for any SUDS features near to diverted footpath), 31 (amended plan showing a path link to the west which is located outside the ancient woodland buffer), and 33 (details of on-site reptile receptor site), of application 19/503912/FULL. |
