Stoneacre

The village of Otham near Maidstone has been in existence since before the time of the Domesday Survey of 1086. The well-preserved 12th-century parish church of St Nicholas is a Grade I listed building. A walk through Otham reveals a number of other listed properties including Bicknor Farmhouse, Bishops, Gore Court, Madam Taylors, Otham Manor, The Rectory, Stoneacre and Synyards, as well as other cottages, barns and ancient walls. A number of these are near the traditional Village Green, which has a fabulous view of the North Downs.
